Microsoft CRM 3.0 is available in two editions. Microsoft Dynamics
CRM 3.0 Small Business Edition is installed on Windows Small
Business Server and is for organizations with 75 or fewer users.
Microsoft Dynamics Professional Edition is installed on Windows
Servers operating systems and can be used by many organizations.
There are three types of client applications for CRM 3.0: Web
Client, Desktop Client for Microsoft Office Outlook and Laptop
Client for Microsoft Office Outlook. Users can use both an Outlook
Client and the Web Client, however only one version of the Outlook
client can be installed at a time.
